About Us – Briefly…
I became a resident homeowner in Newport Beach in 1975 and began my Real Estate career in 1984. My first project in that same year was converting 82 homes from Leasehold to Fee land in the private community of Lido Sands in Newport Beach.
L D Schmitz Properties helps clients in Residential and Commercial Real Estate as well as Lease Land Conversions. We have, with our associates, closed as many as 205 escrows in less than 60 days. Over 90% of our business comes from referrals. My wife, Mary Lou and I have two daughters and three grandchildren.
